Amplemarket developed (i) a database of companies, key employees, and their business contacts, fed by multiple (including proprietary) sources, and (ii) a LinkedIn plugin, VoIP caller, email sender, and a platform for multi-channel orchestration. On top of and leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models inspired by research conducted at MIT by one of the founders, Amplemarket developed key features, including inbox prioritization and automatic replies and interactions.
